2. Voucher Usage

2.2 Each voucher is valid only for the merchant that issued it and cannot be transferred between merchants.
2.3 Vouchers must be used within their validity period. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
2.4 Vouchers can only be used once. Once redeemed, a voucher becomes invalid.
3. Voucher Validity and Restrictions
3.1 Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2 Vouchers cannot be resold, transferred, or duplicated.
3.3 Merchants may impose additional terms and conditions on their vouchers, including minimum purchase requirements.
3.4 Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
4.1 Merchants are responsible for honoring valid vouchers issued through their account.
4.2 Merchants must validate vouchers at the time of redemption using the VoCo platform.
4.3 Merchants may refuse to accept vouchers that appear to be fraudulent or tampered with.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Users must present valid vouchers for redemption.
5.2 Users are responsible for keeping their voucher codes secure.
5.3 Users must comply with any additional terms set by the issuing merchant.
6. System Availability
6.1 VoCo strives to maintain system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6.2 Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect voucher validation and redemption.
6.3 In case of system outages, merchants may use alternative verification methods at their discretion.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 VoCo collects and processes data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
7.2 Voucher usage data may be used for analytics and fraud prevention.
7.3 Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Fraud Prevention
8.1 VoCo employs various measures to prevent voucher fraud and abuse.
8.2 Suspicious activity may result in voucher suspension or account termination.
8.3 Users and merchants must report suspected fraud immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 VoCo acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for merchant services or products.
9.2 VoCo's liability is limited to the technical provision of voucher services.
9.3 Users agree that their primary relationship is with the issuing merchant.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Disputes regarding voucher redemption should first be addressed with the issuing merchant.
10.2 Technical issues with the VoCo platform should be reported to our support team.
10.3 VoCo will assist in resolving technical disputes but cannot override merchant policies.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1 VoCo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
11.2 Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform.
11.3 Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
