User Terms and Conditions

2.1 VoCo Connect operates a digital voucher platform that enables merchants to create and distribute vouchers, and users to redeem them.

2.2 We act as a technology platform connecting merchants and users. We do not provide the goods or services offered through vouchers.

2.3 The Service includes voucher display, QR code generation, Apple Wallet integration, and validation systems.

3.1 You have the right to redeem valid vouchers according to their terms and conditions.

3.2 Vouchers must be used within their validity period. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

3.3 Each voucher can only be used once. Once redeemed, a voucher becomes permanently invalid.

3.4 Vouchers are valid only for the merchant that issued them and cannot be transferred between merchants.

5.1 You must present valid, unaltered vouchers for redemption.

5.2 You are responsible for keeping your voucher codes secure and not sharing them with unauthorized parties.

5.3 You must comply with any additional terms set by the issuing merchant.

5.4 You agree not to duplicate, modify, or fraudulently use vouchers.

5.5 You must provide accurate contact information if registering for an account.

6.1 Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

6.2 Vouchers cannot be resold or transferred to third parties.

6.3 Lost or stolen voucher codes cannot be replaced unless the merchant agrees to do so.

6.4 Merchants may impose additional terms including minimum purchase requirements.

7.1 Account registration is optional for basic voucher usage.

7.2 If you create an account, you must keep your login credentials secure.

7.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8.1 We collect and process data in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and applicable privacy laws.

8.2 Voucher usage data may be used for analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

8.3 Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8.4 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

9.1 We strive to maintain system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9.2 Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect voucher validation and redemption.

9.3 In case of system outages, merchants may use alternative verification methods at their discretion.

10.1 The VoCo platform, including all software, design, content, and intellectual property, is owned by Fiscal Shrike Pty Ltd and operated by Voco Connect Pty Ltd.

10.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

10.3 Merchant logos and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

10.4 You grant us a limited license to display voucher information for redemption purposes.

11.1 VoCo Connect acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for merchant services, products, or conduct.

11.2 Our liability is limited to the technical provision of voucher services.

11.3 Your primary contractual relationship regarding voucher terms is with the issuing merchant.

11.4 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.5 Our maximum liability is limited to AUD $100 per incident.

12.1 Disputes regarding voucher terms or redemption should first be addressed directly with the issuing merchant.

12.2 Technical issues with the VoCo platform should be reported to [email protected].

12.3 We will assist in resolving technical disputes but cannot override merchant policies.

12.4 If informal resolution fails, disputes are subject to Queensland, Australia law and jurisdiction.

13.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

13.2 We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes affecting users.

13.3 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modifications.

14.1 You may stop using the Service at any time.

14.2 We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

14.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

15.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

15.3 Australian Consumer Law protections apply where applicable.

16.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

16.2 Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date.

16.3 Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or email.

16.4 Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
